I don't believe that's true. At least in Africa they have less case of cancer. I don't know for the Afro-Americans. And there are reasons for that. They die younger from other reasons, they eat less industrial food, the walk/run a lot more than us, they are less stressed, they suicide the least of the races and certainly plenty of other reasons.
I'm not fanboying for the blacks but that's something we have to agree is that they are in better shape than us. Again, in Africa. In the US i don't know. It's probable they are more obese and therefore have more diseases related to that.
People in africa are very different from niggers in the US, and the former would feel insulted if you'd lump them together with the latter. Besides, US niggers are like 20% white on average, and there's a good case to be made, that loving mother nature hates mongrels and blesses them with cancer (among other things).
Could very well be possible. Blacks in Europe are less mixed than afro American. That's why I was astonished by op's claim. I've been visiting cancer patients here at the biggest oncology center in Belgium and there are fewer black patients here. We have a large north African community and I didn't notice they are less affected by cancer. But for the blacks it's really noticeable.
Maybe it will change in the near future because all the younger generation live like us now and they tend to mimic the Afro-American culture overal.

That's very interesting, actually. I didn't know that. I only knew, that blacks in europe would need to take diuretics, because they can't get rid of the excess water in cold environments. So I'd expect them to be rather high on the ladder with organ-damage and vascular-disease. And cancer is caused by food-intake to a large degree, of course, but there also are genetic factors. Regardless, I'd still expect differing cancer-rates between whites, blacks, and mongrels in the long term, with mongrels having the highest rates, because of their scrambled genome. But that's just a theory which I hope I'll never know the truth about, because all africans are shipped back to africa, so nobody's genome gets scrambled...
Better shape? Africans are full of every filthy disease known to man. They are part and parcel the reason the western world is infected with HIV, Ebola, Dengue fever, Lassa fever, monkeypox, malaria- you fucking name it the nigger brought it to the U.S. In Africa, obesity implies wealth. You conflate poverty to "being in shape".
You sort of can tho. Poor people in wealthy countries eat food void of nutrients. In Africa, they eat mostly food that grown there, fish there and their mamas cook from scratch every time they have a meal. The malnourished Ethiopian kid is an old trope that isn't common at all. As for the diseases they are all endemic to Africa for the most part and you could argue that these natural hurdles make for a good natural selection.
