I am pointing out that Mussolini's policy was a disaster. He chose to start a war with Greece for no reason, and before that Italy had demanded that Albanian territories included Northern Epirus and had tried to stop the liberation of Smyrna from the Turks because Italy had colonial claims on the area.
Basically, Italy had a colonial policy that paid little attention to the race question, and Italian Fascism considered the race issue insignificant. And the genocide against the Christian Orthodox Serbs benefited the Muslim Bosnians, which 50 years later resulted in the first Muslim state in Europe. So Italian Fascism was not that idealistic as some claim.
