So if the average American (assuming American here) IQ is now 98, and he is 70 % then he's 68.6. Not quite Genius but close, sorta, you gotta squint when you look at it. Or maybe kind of look off to the side a little.
If getting a 95 on an IQ test means getting almost every question right, what sort of extra credit is involved in getting a 200; taking it twice in the same sitting? Imagine believing blacks could get the majority of questions right.
100 IQ is supposed to be average for someone your age.
200 should be 2x someone your age, life experience or something. I forget there's other stuff that goes into it.

If I remember correctly 90 - 95 are someone who is slightly dumb. Ok. all this shenanigans with IQ are jew 'invention'. Serious scientists use it just as base, no one take it serious. Also low IQ don't necessary mean that someone behave like nigger... just like high IQ don't mean that someone are good person.
