I got stopped by a cop once and they asked me "Do you have anything on you".
And I asked "What do you mean?".
And they said "What do you mean, do you have anything on you?".
"Can you clarify what 'anything' is.".
"Drugs, guns, etc".
"I have a gun on me".
They FREAK OUT! "You have a gun on you!" "Why didn't you tell us!" "WE asked you if you had a gun on you and YOU SAID NO!"
They were about ready to kill me. I was like "You can get it out of the pocket yourselves." and was like you guys are scary as fuck.
They take it out an were like "You had a bullet in the chamber!" and I was thinking ya no duh, what shit would this be worth if it wasn't ready in an instant? It's difficult as fuck to cock it.
Then they were like "Did you have your safety on!?" and I was like "The sleeve is the safety, that's how it's designed, it stays on snug". They just stared at me crazy eyed.
Then they're like what chamber is it? "380." and they're like "Oh a midnight special". And I was thinking myself, wtf dude this isn't a movie.
What kind of liberal place were you in. I'm in a purple county and even they understand that they are going to see guns when stopping people considering like one in ten males have one on them here. You'd think they'd see multiple a day.
The fact that they don't understand the range of carry options actually makes me concerned that they have guns.
