For future posts, once it has gone past the posting stage (hitting submit), you can then enter into/view the post and you can then hit the 'edit' button on the post toolbar (by save, src, info, etc.). If it has been 5 minutes or less since you submitted the post, you can edit the title. After 5 minutes you can only edit the body/content of the post.
