Chicago+gun control=762 murders every year. He is using the stat 'lie' made up by liberal/communism to Hide Chicago. it is called deaths PER 100,000, so a small city with a small POP. and 30 murders ( still mostly blacks) 'Rates' higher than Chicago, Detroit, NY. and LA.

It's by population which is an accurate comparison. If I say there is a thousand murders in a city of 1 million that's 0.1% of the population. If there is 1 murder in a population of 10 that's 10%. That matters. The better argument is demographics comparisons of those high murder states. It's niggers.
