The caste system is alive and well at caterpillar (corp) usa. Hiring processes are absolutely based on caste. Indian office shitters complained to me about it

I was looking into the Google Virtual cloud for work and every single one of their video tutorials was narrated by a heavily accented Indian. Couldn't get past the 3 min mark. Was wondering how Google doesn't see what a bad business practice this is.
