We had to draw a comic depicting the overall culture of different continents as a project in high school. We got South America.

We made it about a dog in the SS named Kommandant Dan. He was a WWII refugee who only ate tacos and ran a continent-wide drug cartel. Along with his Kaiser helmet, a flak jacket, and a cigar, he also sported a semi-autonomous M2 attached to his back.

This shop is the closest I've seen to what we envisioned. Lol.

So the project was to stereotype each continent? Was it really just an excuse to spread anti American and anti European propaganda while portraying non white continents in the best light possible?

Basically. And no. I went to school back before most of the indoctrination and faggotry had taken hold. I imagine I would have gotten suspended or something for drawing what we did nowadays.
