To understand why its so effective lets use Salafist Muslims as an example. Salafisim is a movement in Islam of people who want to make Islam the Dominant world power. There are three groups of salafists, Political Salafists that believe islam should be spread by getting political influence in foreign governments and then using that power to increase muslim immigration and funding for mosques ect. Then there are the Salafist Jihadis who believe Islam should be spread by committing acts of violence against non muslims, thereby decreasing the population of non muslims through murder. Finally there is a faction that believes that participating in a government that is not based on islamic principles is a sin so they dont participate politically, they also believe that violence will not propigate their religion, they believe that only high birthrates can spread islam so they immigrate to non islamic countries then breed like rabbits. These three factions of Salafism all condemn the other factions. THIS PART IS ESSENTIAL. If your movement has murderers in it it cant achieve political goals. If you put all your effort into political activism you take the risk that your movement fails so you need high birthrates to fall back on. And chipping away at foreign populations is a good way to get people to flee any area that you have moved into. Fuentes Condems people like rockwell, Spencer, Little, and Murdoch Murdoch because he needs the political appeal to gain ground in the american government (funny enough he is friends with Jared Taylor because he thinks he has enough mainstream appeal and Taylor avoids using symbols like the swastika) But the condemnation of Fuentes and others is actually good for the movement as a whole becasue it allows them to grow seperatly without having to answer for the bad optics of the other person.

Fuentes isnt taking many right wing people away from Little and others. He is getting most of his support from gate keepers like turning point because he constantly attacked them and many orgs and groups switched to his side.
