This reminds me of a trick I learned in jail a long time ago. Do not try this at home. - Put half a paperclip in each side of an electrical outlet. **Be careful you don't touch both at the same time**. - get a ¼" - ½" piece of graphite from a pencil. - take a piece of toilet paper and wrap it around the graphite and give it a twist. Should look like a "T" when you are done. - holding onto the toilet paper touch the exposed ends of the graphite to the paper clips. - boom. jailhouse lighter. Gotta be quick so you don't pop the breaker. The hardest part is doing this through bars on an electrical outlet that is 6ft away on the opposite side of the catwalk. I'm glad I can say I haven't had to make a lighter like that in a very long time.
