This is clearly a joke presentation at a town hall meeting (I think it is San Diego) and the City Counsel can do jack shit about the libtards whining about Twitter. It's a joke. They are all aware of Mark Dice and this character. And they let him have his 3 minutes of time despite knowing it is both a a joke and satirizing libtards - good sports for them humoring Mark.
Mark gets to make his point about the idiocy and hypocrisy of libtards in a harmless way while raising awareness to folks like us.
No one was laughing because what he was saying is the unfortunate truth. Not a single representative of the people pushed back when he demanded Elon's civil rights be violated. This looks more like controlled opposition with the objective of desensitizing the population to serious civil right issues.
He is mocking the subjects and not the politicians.
