We're not even close. We're at where there are boutique degrees that have no useful purpose, but that's not the same thing. I'm talking about when an engineering degree means nothing because all an employer can tell from the degree is that the person paid money to the school. They will have no way to judge whether this applicant is more valuable than the other applicant. The degree will have lost all meaning.

They're specifically talking about blacks and latinos in STEM. We're there.

We're not "here" while there is still a such thing as GPA.

GPA doesn't mean anything when different schools have wildly different standards for different students. That's why we have standardized testing.
