ive been lucky to only have met a handfull of what you described. most of the police in my little town are good people. we still wave at cops where im from, and they wave back. know most of them on a first name basis, that kind of shit.
overall it seems like there are more bad cops than good.

The cops I knew, they were good cops too, would say, “I should’ve been a fireman. Everybody loves firemen.”
I can’t even imagine how low morale must be among cops nationwide.
