Had a home warranty (luckily paid for by realtor) as part of my home purchase. After I moved in, turned out that the laundry faucet bibs were rusted shut and needed to be replaced. No problem, I've got a home warranty! Give them a call, and somehow they put in an exception that the warranty only covers damage on outdoor bibs that can be proven to have been properly protected from frost during the winter. Not only was I pissed, I did I not own the home during the winter and could not have even used it for the outdoor bibs without this "evidence". Fuck warranties.
