When something happens to confuse them, and they realize people are seeing them struggling with something really really simple, they always perform some odd physical display.
This guy does his little penguin dance wobble.
The punk with the gun that went off unexpectedly in his facebook video earlier this week, reacted by immediately moving his arms in that annoying 61-Buick-Windshield-Wiper motion that they sometimes do.
"Mah fren dun jus got shotted. Ah cud run away and git outta danger, but naw imma make my fat ass cheeks clap together instead."
Weird behavior.
