There should be nothing offensive about the word negro. Old people use it without any malice because that is simply the word used by whites to refer to blacks as a group. In my own short lifetime i have seen a plethora of words used to avoid offending thin skinned niggers. its pathetic. Letting this word be 'based' because its supposed to be offensive is giving up on our own language and allowing people who hate our guts define what our language really means.

It's nothing but mispronounced "black" and no more offensive than calling someone "white."
I think we should start a campaign to ban the use of ALL adjectives for anything for any reason. They teach inherent judgemental subjectiveness and have no place in modern society.
