We're not giving robots any power. Artificial intelligence does not exist. It's a fantasy of science fiction writers and tech heads. There will never be artificial intelligence, because intelligence is a function of life. All that will ever be achieved is an imitation of intelligence, never true intelligence. It will be designed to fool the stupid into mistaking it for intelligence. But such false "intelligence" will lack free will, and therefore will have no real power of any kind.
