Okay, but have you not seen the videos of young Americans being interviewed on the street and they cannot find the USA or Europe on a map of the world? Ask your average 20-something who fought in; (__pick a war__) and they have no clue, much less being able to spell or use punctuation.

Because first language or not, a person usually learns punctuation via scool and our schools today do not teach as much as they indoctrinate.
