As a vegan, no it doesn't. Being a HEALTHY vegetarian requires that. You can be an idiot manbaby and be a vegan/vegetarian. You can still get fat and lazy as a vegan. There's plenty of pre-packaged microwavable vegan foods nowadays. I cook a hell of a lot less than some of my meat-eating friends. I don't eat terrible, but I could if I had the lack of ambition.
