A woman is born with a vagina, uterus, fallopian tubes and breasts. A man is born with a penis, testicles, scrotum, prostate gland and adams apple.
But note that the fetus doesn't have different gonads immediately. They start out without sex and at some point develop into the differentiated organs:

True, but whatever you're born with is what you are sex/gender wise.
