As per the Constitution, you do NOT need permission to travel. Anywhere, anytime. But these fcks have manipulated the law, by writing "Acts" that make it appear that you do. There is a difference between "driving" and travelling. Driving is engaging in commerce on the roadways. Travelling is going about your life while using a private conveyance. It's a deep subject.
