This is a myth. Indians are notoriously ruthless, dare I say almost savage when they smell the scent of blood. The polite, unassuming facade is something they assume when they realise they can't have their own way. Their true nature, especially in "packs" is actually quite terrifying.

Indians prefer to use their sneakiness to scam rather than use their strength to steal.
