I've never once heard of the phrase "another feather in your cap" nor does it even fucking make sense. I've never seen anyone put a feather in their cap, i've seen people put them in their hats.
What a bullshit fucking show.
It is better to be silent than to write stupidity. Anyway this is old saying so it's not strange that ignorant country like Afro'murica don't have a clue. You need something much more easier, like how many sides have triangle... or something like that.
Apparently the saying refers to a yankee doodle song in which in my area everyone says 'hat' in the sing instead of 'cap' because no one sticks feathers in caps.
You never heard the song? It's a pretty popular child tune.
Yankee Doodle went to town A-riding on a pony, Stuck a feather in his cap And called it macaroni'.
Yankee Doodle keep it up, Yankee Doodle dandy, Mind the music and the step, And with the girls be handy.
Guess us Aussies translate the 'cap' to hat to make more sense, as a cap referrs to a small baseball hat.
