It is used in meth too, but that was not my thought... add in the shortage of nitrogen based fertilizers... I was thinking TNT or trinitrotoluene... But meth could also be the answer as well...

Since we know it isn't a White person, I think it is far safer to assume it is for meth or some other drug.
