Ugh, these '72 Beetles are such a pain. I gotta take out the water pump, and the radiator hoses to do that.
If it's too much pain to reassemble you could just get a brita filter to stay hydrated. Especially because you are only going to want to run it once or twice without the alternator.
You don't really need the radiator if it's not a cold day.
I'm not worried about hydration, I have plenty of powdered water on hand. I also managed to rig up a system of frozen boiling water that should keep the whole system cool.
Yeah. It sounds like you're all covered. The only thing I would recommend is getting hydration insurance attached to your policy. It will pay out up to $5,000 in coverage if at any point you are not properly hydrated in your vehicle.
You can actually make some good money not drinking water. All I know is that Aflac was my best investment. Jumping off of ladders never paid so good.
