No I’m familiar with their politics, and it sucks. But the show is still brilliant. As far as season 1, I don’t think it’s awful, but it’s not nearly as funny without Danny devito and as a result I don’t think it’s the best place to start. That show would never have lasted 14 seasons without Frank Edit: you say there are some memorable moments in season 1, but think about season 2 episodes 1-3. Serious classics, and it’s like every season beyond that produced even more classics. Fuck what a good show. There is a spider, deep in my soul. He’s lived here for years, he just won’t let go
