What used to be literal clown world is now taken seriously by a disturbing proportion of the population. I still have fun debating leftists by first asking if they're taking any medications for psychological issues. Almost all of them are. I tell them that I don't feel like it's productive to debate someone under the influence of mind-altering drugs. It's like debating the homeless guy yelling at the tree about whether the tree can hear him or not.
