All Hispanic communities are pretty shitty. The rotten apples quickly spoil the bunch because they won't put effort in when they see others aren't. But they do integrate well into white neighborhoods as long as there aren't enough of them to create segregated enclaves. But they are very cohesive and cooperative when it comes to community defense. It is far easier to convince them to protest, boycott, and fight back than it is to do the same with white communities. Hispanic friends will have your back faster than white friends.
