Yes but that's literally every prosecutor witness. I'm trying to remember but has a single statement been made that could remotely hurt Kyle? I guess the last cop's testimony about Kyle not going prone on his own accord? But he had his hands up and was approaching the cops etc. So that's a stretch.
I dunno. Everything is so weird.
The cop lied, they never told him to stand on his knees.
The only thing you can hear is "get outta way".
That's what I thought but there was so much noise in the video I sourced from that I just was like "eh whatever".

To which Kyle immediately side-stepped to the sidewalk, out of the road and path of the vehicles.
When Kyle reached the front of the police vehicles, he stopped and was about to stand on his knees, waiting orders from the cops, but they told him to move outta way and so did he. But you can tell he was really waiting for them to tell him what to do.
He came as close as possible to them because he knew some kikes down the road followed and wanted to execute him.
