Pizza is perfectly healthy if you don’t them load it with shit

Grains are fuking poison. Ergo pizza is crap. Cheese is good. Processed meat is also bad

I've never put shit on pizza does it give it an organic taste?

I don’t mean just put stuff on top, I mean in all the ingredients. The amount or kind of toppings doesn’t matter imo. So long as they aren’t loaded with chemicals and shit.

Cheese, sundried cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves is all you need.

Ignore the processed meat toppings, add veg / fruit only.

Or eat a whole one by yourself twice a week.

That really is the problem. The combination of carbs and fat makes it easy to overindulge.

I'll never understand how one person can eat a whole large pizza in one go. I try to eat more than 3 slices and I'll straight-up vomit.

I eat a whole large pizza in one go since I was a teenager.

I was also underweight until my metabolism started to slow down in my mid 20s, and still nowhere near as fat as I should be.

I spent the last two weeks eating nothing but supermarket pizza.

I had seafood.

Tuna fish.

Not healthy as described, either.

Replace the dough with a low-carb alternative like almond flour and you have yourself a versatile food without the insulin spike.

Why’s insulin spike so bad?

It's how you get metabolic syndrome. Food in our evolutionary past did not have such high glycemic index. It was all loaded with fiber. Our bodies can't deal with it properly, especially with prolonged exposure.

that healthy eater probably smells like rotting fish.
