Seriously. I thought you weren't allowed to copyright or trademark common words as company names. What's stopping someone from starting a company called "Lettuce", which sells Lettuce™ brand lettuce— from suing all their competitors for appropriating their brand-name and using it without permission? All of a sudden, you can only sell your product as "salad daisies."

In this case, it is as if they try to become legally allowed to put their fingers in literally everything that has to do with data. It sure is a hell of a smart move, but not for the people or society. It shouldn't be allowed
