I had no idea what this was about and had to look it up. Apparently, he had a recent mishap with a prop gun on set and fired a live round at a cinematographer, killing them and injuring the director.

Ohhhh if he was clowning around instead of it being a legitimate accident...

They were shooting (kek) a gun battle scene for a film. Last I heard "live" round in industry speak just means that it was a blank as opposed to an empty shell or dry fire. Though, one wonders how you'd shoot two people with a blank.
