Our enemy seems to only understand one small part of how to fight a war because they have left a huge set of strategic holes for us to exploit. It leads me to believe that they are only guessing about how to achieve their goals and don't understand their strategic options fully which means they are playing mostly defense and only activated offense when the chyna virus plan was executed.
