No. That's incorrect. If his friend wasn't there he wouldn't say "Please don't kill I." Simply adding people doesn't change it. "Me" is used as an object and "I" is used as a subject. Something happens to me, but I do something.

CORRECT: My friend and I went to the store.

INCORRECT: Me and my friend went to the store.

CORRECT: The store gave me and my friend free chips.

INCORRECT: The store gave my friend and I free chips.

I and my friend went to the store.

So right yet so wrong.

Not really. In English the 2nd and 3rd person pronouns usually come before first person pronouns.
