Remember the Port Authority driver who T-boned a drunk driver on Frankstown because she ran a red light while speeding just months after she was hired even though she had enough points on her license for speeding and causing accidents while also still facing criminal charges for excessive speeding in an active school zone?

I've been side swiped at least twice by blacks driving buses and run off the road several times while riding my bike. And I usually catch up with them at the red lights. So I get in front of them and refuse to move while I call the cops. Hasn't happened in a while, but I don't live in "'West Oakland" (seriously, that's what they are trying to call that little area between the woods on 5th and the soup kitchen in uptown) anymore.
