I don't know. I used to assume that Blood "Libel" was related to baby genital stuff which is enough of a reason to hate them but I recently read that there were actual human(Goyim) bodies of both children and adults found with kosher cuts and no blood throughout the Middle Ages. Biden did a non-denial of it too some months ago.
There's no doubt in my mind that at some times in European history Jews did kidnap and murder white Christian children in ritual sacrifices. The evidence is abundant and persuasive. It probably went on into the 19th century, and it's possible it still goes on every now and then.
