This one is real close, but a few weeks ago I was setting in a parking lot and saw a female version of Danny Devito, as the penguin, that was exact! This creature was white as paper, black circles around it's eyes, that thinned out enough to see it's scalp black hair, long hooked nose, fat and round like this picture, and even walked the way he did! It was hilarious and scary at the same time!
