Keep in mind that blacks receive the "I'm not a racist" discount at all stages of the legal system. People are reluctant to accuse blacks for fear of being seen as racist. Cops are reluctant to arrest blacks and give them every chance. During prosecution charges against blacks are more likely to be dropped because the DA doesn't want to appear racist. Some DAs are publicly elected, meaning the percent of blacks they convict can be used by their political opponents. The reported numbers vastly underrepresent the criminality of blacks.
