I tried wearing a mask at the store one time. I couldn’t do it. That was the first and only time I tried. With the exception of getting a hair cut. Cause my hair was so damn long. It was down to my chin

Simple: Touch your face to remove your mask every time you need a sip of water.

Oh, also- touching your face is the surest way to catch a disease. Someone coughs on their hand, opens a door, three minutes later here you are opening that same door.

Then your mask is making your chin itchy. You scratch your chin- congrats, you've just likely contracted w/e was on that doorknob!

But non-stop mask-wearing is good for you.
