When it was written, it's intent was that you could express grievances about the government etc without repercussions. That's great, we'll keep that. But the Founding Fathers almost certainly did not mean for it to protect some of the absurd degeneracy, like pornography, that exists. The never would have dreamed that in 240 years, 10 year old boys with smart phones could watch 4k quality video of women getting pounded in the ass, spit on, pissed on, etc etc all while giant organizations defended it as Free Speech.

I guarantee you if they knew what society looks like today, they would have forbidden residency - let alone citizenship - to non-whites, banned Jews specifically just for special emphasis in case people forgot they're not white, banned Fractional Reserve Lending, banned degeneracy like pornography, banned women's "rights/liberation", banned Christianity, banned international corporations, and several dozen other things that are destroying White Civilization that they couldn't have forseen.

I'm saying that any ban of media risks entirely different things being caught up in it as the only one who would can view the content is the state. There's nothing stopping a news article contrary to the narrative being labelled as pornography, nobody would be able to say differently so the charges could be applied to anything.
