Usually things blow over after a week or two, if they ever find out who did it at all. If there is a picture or video, they get rid of the phone by spiking it to the pavement or a nearby wall.
They're not going to expend resources to figure out who "beat someone up" but they'll take you in if you're standing there like a dumbass.

These are the modern "marines" that we are supposed to worry about. The US Military teaches their soldiers shit tier martial arts, shit tier assault tactics that only work on arabs, and shit tier marching techniques that break their knees by 25. They would provide little to no resistance in a fight against Europeans or Asians.

If you train at a real BJJ or boxing gym for a couple years, lift weights and do some tactical training, you'd wipe the floor with most of them.
Unarmed martial arts isn't a priority whatsoever in the military, they're just regular in that aspect.
The training available to civilians is better than military training but no one is going to make you do it.
