Sure it would. Unless they're the tallest building in the area, the wind would be vertical. I doubt they're the tallest as they're not even on the top of their own building. This is why when you go on a skyscraper the top is dead until you get to the edge.

When are those tv-stations finally start showing more diversity when reading their news? I miss colored people, handicapped people, transgenders, etc etc. Just a little more diversity, yes?
