hang on, you literally just said you have no way of knowing where your shot was placed and now you're saying 2 methods of checking it.
but yes I go shooting, normally if I zero I just go closer and then holdover for greater distances, so I'm more accurate close quarters.

The only thing I said was that I cannot see a 0.3-inch hole at 100 or 200 yards through my scope, even at 25X. Where did I say there's no way of knowing where your shot was placed?
