Satan's Blood is pretty hot, but honestly tame for a novelty sauce like that. I don't know why Dave's sauces are even still being sold. They were on the frontier of "super hot" sauces back when the trend was kicking off, but they've always tasted like shitty extract. Nowadays there are hotter sauces without extract that taste tenfold better, although the most extreme always contain extract and taste like shit. Typically I don't go for super hot anymore, but I did try a spoonful of The End with my brother in-law last year (6m Sco). Elevated blood pressure, severe GI cramps, flushing, light-headedness, and sweats followed for the next couple hours. The end result later that evening was awful. He fared even worse and contemplated going to the ER.
