What ever happened to "We do not negotiate with terrorists, because if we cave once for them, they will repeat their activities"? We lost once we started *asking* for things from our fucking **mortal enemies** who will literally blow themselves up if it means just maiming one American. These are a people for whom "force" is the ultimate moral. And we spoke that language with them for a few years, almost had them beaten- but of course our wonderful leaders then made our military operations neutered.
