LOL - as good as an excuse as any, I suppose. Personally I have that new football league game playing on NFL channel in the background. I'm probably the only one there, too.

What new football league game?

It's called the Alliance of American Football (AAF). They are apparently like a new farm team the system for the NFL. It's like eight teams or so, they play after the NFL season is over, and consist of NFL guys who didn't quite make it, college guys who didn't make the cut ... that kinda stuff. It gives them a second chance to make it, I guess.

They're also testing out different rules, I'm thinking for possible inclusion in the NFL. Like they don't kick off ... they just start on the twenty five. There are no extra points ... you either make a two point conversion, or get just the six points on a touchdown. It's also sped up a bit. They still kick field goals and punt though.

Anyway it's on NFL network Sat and Sunday nights. Hey, it's something to watch ... but nothing spectacular.

Huh. Interesting. I like how they have teams in some cities that don't have one like Birmingham, Alabama, Orlando, Florida, and Salt Lake City, Utah. I also heard the XFL will be starting in 2020.

Wait, is it the AAF game between the San Antonio Commanders and the San Diego Fleet?
