That's a HUGE sign of a shitty neighborhood ... concrete everywhere. There's something about ghetto people that loves concrete. I don't know what it is. They'll take out half their front yard to make a 2,000 square foot concrete driveway with more driveway on the side of the house. I don't go in their backyards, but I imagine there's even more concrete back there.
