Cops are hired for low IQ. Just smart enough to remember some basic stuff, like how to make a report. These are actually the smarter ones. Sad, isn't it? Notice how on the way out they are not the least bit curious about the obvious human shape. No one even glances at it. I remember years ago looking for a bitch who scammed me for some cash and I was so pissed I somehow got the apartment manager to let me in her apartment. (yes, I know, I couldn't believe he would do that but maybe I was acting scary?) looked all over and the manager was saying, "see, she's not here" while following me around. Located her in the closet with a pile of clothes and a blanket pretending to be laundry. It was so funny I laughed and made fun of her then walked out. Next month Richard Suff killed her and I saw her photo in the paper. These dumbasses failed at grade school hide and seek, never mind basic military training or even standard police tactics.
