Anyone that has played sports or been in the military where everyone showers together knows it's a lie.
I think it was meant as another self-esteem builder and, like all other progressive attempts, only does the opposite. Think about it. If everyone around you brags about their BBC, you're socially compelled to brag about your BBC, all porn you see has dudes with altered BBCs but you have an average sized pecker... you're going to think you're some genetic runt and have no one to talk to about it.
