Nah, she would still look great if she didn't have a surgeon make her look like a melted clown cake. Plastic surgery is for burn victims, not aging actresses.

This is the thing though. If she would have used that beauty she had in the twenties to form a pair bond with a good man, in his eyes that beauty would never fade. She would have found someone who sees in her the beauty that he first saw every single day of their lives. To him, she would be as beautiful on her deathbed as she was on their wedding day.
